Every American Water Warehouse system is built in Fort Worth, Texas and backed by factory warranty coverage. Coverage is grouped by component so you always know exactly what is protected.
American Water Warehouse provides a lifetime warranty on all wear parts that interact with water on the main control valve — the components that do the day-to-day work of treating water. If a covered wear part fails under normal use, we replace it.
- Reverse osmosis holding tank — lifetime warranty.
- Brine tank — lifetime warranty.
All electronic components carry a five-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Softening resin, carbon, and other treatment media carry a 12-month factory warranty. Media is a consumable — its working life beyond the warranty period depends on water conditions and regular maintenance.
Warranty coverage applies to systems that are properly installed and operated under normal use. It covers repair or replacement of the defective component; it does not cover damage from freezing, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
